TESTIMONIALS

"I am a single mom of two boys, with their dad recently incarcerated and I'm trying to get back on my feet. I wish I wasn't so reliant on assistance but I am, as I can't even work for a full 40 hour week due to therapies, practices, drop offs in two locations and pick ups. I'm trying to sort through things but this help is so appreciated!"

"I'm a single dad trying to get back on my feet. Anything helps me to save money, so thank you and God Bless."

"I was in a verbally abusive relationship with my first son. I found the courage to leave him and it was the bravest thing I did and then I went back to college all while being a single young mom. Now I have my second son with a good partner. We still struggle paycheck to paycheck because we were first generation students and children of immigrants so we have debt from college too. We are resilient and want better for our children so they don’t struggle like we did."

Period products and diapers/wipes are necessary healthcare products, but they can be too costly for families and individuals in crisis. Many federally-funded safety net programs—including Medicaid, WIC, and SNAP—do not cover these products.

The lack of access to an adequate supply of period products and diapers/wipes impacts an individual's physical and mental health, and economic well-being.

If we choose to come together to raise awareness around period poverty and diaper need, we can create the change needed for those in our community!

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT ACCEPT REFERRALS. FAMILIES OR INDIVIDUALS WILL NEED TO VISIT US ON OUR SCHEDULED DISTRIBUTION DAYS.
